Presentation of the «Smart Home» system from the “Rostelecom” company.
Goal:
To present the system as an opportunity to improve the quality of your life in an apartment.
To test the system in extreme conditions.
To create a positive image of “Rostelecom” company among the intended audience through influencers and bloggers in Kazan.
The idea and form of realization is a Quest.
A quest is an adventure game for team in which participants need to run into some obstacles to achieve a goal.
We suggested an idea of making a presentation for “Smart Home” system as a quest. For the event we chose an apartment showroom from one of the Kazan’s developers.
We invited our Kazan bloggers, famous media personalities, and micro influencers as participants.
What do we have:
- 8 home security cameras
- 5 door and window opening sensors
- 4 smart outlets
- 2 smart light bulbs.
The teams were facing a complex case of preventing a terrorist attack. The investigation identified a prime suspect, who was followed by hidden cameras and smart sensors. The participants had to make secret forays against the criminal’s apartment to get some evidence. There were lots of adrenaline and strong emotions.

– Writing of the original quest script.
– Comprehensive elaboration of the idea implementation.
– Actor’s casting
– Recruiting staff (administrative, maintenance and technical staff).
– Choosing and booking the event venue.

The emotions were so real that Dima jumped out the window! Oh, God! Luckily, it was just the first floor.
And Olya was hiding behind the curtain and wastoo afraid to get out…her hands were sweating at the sight of Billy Milligan, a psycho with dissociative identity disorder, who was reincarnated into a monster…
Nadya was completely sure that she was dealing with the psycho …
The adrenaline kicked in.
But, finally, thу quest was over with everyone winning.
And everyone agreed that if it wasn’t the “Smart Home” system, they would have been screwed up.
